Refund & Cancellation Policy

PAYG Sessions
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booked session may be transferred to another available Home Education Hub session or refunded.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, or non-attendance on the day, will normally be non-refundable, as the place has been reserved and may be difficult to refill at short notice.

Membership / Block Bookings
Membership and block bookings reserve places across multiple sessions. Refunds for unused sessions are not normally available once the block has commenced. Any cancellation request will, however, be considered fairly based on the circumstances and any costs or losses incurred by Active Futures.

Cancellations by Active Futures
If Active Futures Foundation CIC cancels a session, families will be offered an alternative session, credit or a full refund for the affected session.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, particularly when supporting children and young people, so exceptional circumstances will always be considered individually.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend a booking.
