đŒ From there, youâll be guided into a 30-minute crystal bowl meditation, allowing your nervous system to fully settle as the soothing vibrations support deep rest and inner calm.
đ§đ»ââïž Finally, youâll enjoy 60 minutes in the spa, where you can unwind, restore, and soak in the peace... right in the centre of town, yet feeling a world away from it all.
