💗 This experience has been carefully created for those who are always “on”… juggling work, family, responsibilities, and the constant pull of modern life. If your mind feels busy, your body feels tired, or you simply haven’t had a moment to truly switch off in a while - this is your invitation.
🧘🏻♀️ We’ll begin with a 60-minute gentle, steady yoga flow, blending mindful movement with somatic practices to help you reconnect to your body and release built-up tension.
🎼 From there, you’ll be guided into a 30-minute crystal bowl meditation, allowing your nervous system to fully settle as the soothing vibrations support deep rest and inner calm.
🧖🏻♀️ Finally, you’ll enjoy 60 minutes in the spa, where you can unwind, restore, and soak in the peace... right in the centre of town, yet feeling a world away from it all.
