Återbetalningspolicy
Aldercarr is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire session. We regret that we are unable to offer an alternative for missed sessions.
In the instance that a pool cannot be used in the short term, we will endeavour, where possible, to re-schedule your sessionn. In this instance Aldercarr is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred. In the event of us having to cancel a session we will issue a credit against your next session, credit your card or issue a cheque within 10 working days of the session date. It is Aldercarr policy to issue refunds under these circumstances. If a credit is applied on a card transaction, normal banking procedures are for that credit to appear in your account after 10 working days.
