Programme bookings are secured and paid for in advance on a half-term basis.

Due to limited group spaces, refunds are not available once a programme has started. If a parent wishes to cancel before the programme start date, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Astria Learning Studio.

Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future programmes.

If Astria Learning Studio needs to cancel a session, a replacement session or suitable alternative will be provided where possible.
