Restorative yoga is an introspective practice designed to help you release tension, soothe your systems, and nurture your body. Through long-held, supported postures and mindful breathing, you’ll create space for rest and deep healing.
Together we will uncover:

No prior yoga experience is necessary—just come as you are and let the practice meet you where you’re at.
