Welcome to Baby and Me, a sensory studio and well-being space in Bexhill town centre. Whether it’s your first time attending a baby class or you’ve been before, you’ll be warmly welcomed — there’s no pressure here, just time to enjoy your little one

Baby Massage, Bath Babies Spa and Baby Yoga run as monthly courses as our Newborn Nurture classes - time to bond, connect and relax with your little one as well as monthly and seasonal specials for Baby Spa

Stay and Play sessions run daily and are free flow sessions where little ones can explore the sensory room and have fun at our different play stations

Each month our studio transformed for special themed sensory sessions and seasonal events. Celebrate Valentines, Easter, Halloween and Christmas as well as favourites such as Teddy Bears Picnic and much more
