Refund Policy – BM Fitness Limited
At BM Fitness Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality services, spaces and a positive experience for all members and clients. We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Memberships
All membership fees are non-refundable, including upfront payments and direct debits, except as required by New Zealand consumer law.
If you experience medical or financial hardship, you may request a refund, and we will consider it on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Group classes and PT sessions require a minimum of 8 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be forfeited.
For services cancelled by BM Fitness Limited (e.g., illness, emergency), you will be offered a reschedule or refund.
Merchandise & Products
Products (e.g., supplements, apparel) can be returned within 5 days if unused and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for opened or used products unless faulty.
Events, Programs, and Challenges
Refunds for special events, programs, or challenges are only available if requested 7 days before the start date.
No refunds will be issued once the event/program has commenced unless under exceptional circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email admin@bmfitness.nz with your full name, service purchased, and reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
