As we move into September its time to harness the power of the energy cultivated from the extra daylight, sunrays and nature that I know we all get a chance to dive into during the summer months. So, as I created the sequence for the asana and movement explorations classes I decided the hips, in power and mobility are a great way to put it into a physical practice. I’ll continue to bust myths about hip stretching as I take you through the ranges of motion to find the strength and energy from within.
