Breathe & Flow Wellbeing offers a holistic blend of practices designed to support the body, mind and spirit. Through Yoga, Reiki, Sound Healing, fitness and guided wellbeing sessions, I create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect and feel truly supported.

My approach is warm, intuitive and grounded, bringing together movement, breath, energy work and relaxation to help each person find balance in a way that feels natural and nurturing.
