This two-day Scrum Training programme is designed to provide participants with a clear understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework. Through interactive sessions, practical examples, and a simulation exercise, participants will explore key Agile concepts, the difference between Agile and traditional methods, and how Scrum enables teams to deliver value faster and more effectively.
