Please be aware that the captain may have to cancel sailings due to unsafe weather or sea conditions. We will reschedule or offer you a full refund in these situations. All refunds will reach your account in 3-5 days.
PLEASE NOTE! : These decisions can be made up until 15 minutes before a Tour is due to sail as the weather and Sea conditions can change very rapidly. You will be notified of any such decision as soon as possible. Customers safety and enjoyment is paramount for the experience we offer.
Due to the increased costs of fuel our boats require a minimum of 4 spaces booked to meet sailing requirements. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you wish to cancel a booking you will need to notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made between 3 days - 48 hours prior to your sailing will incur a 50% cancelation fee.
No refunds will be given for cancelations less than 48 hours prior to your confirmed sailing.
The Captain has the right to refuse any customer who's behaviour is unacceptable and or under the influence of alcohol that represents a risk to themselves or other passengers.
No refund will be given if a customers place is revoked in view of such behaviour.
