Champion Training Solutions Ltd offer a range of manual handling courses that have been designed to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of common manual handling injuries in the workplace such as bad backs, hernias, slipped discs and upper limb disorders.

These courses will help delegates to develop a greater understanding on the importance of lifting correctly, adopting good posture and only lifting within their capabilities.
