Cancellations can be made online up to one week before the event. Refunds will be issued as follows:
More than 28 days before the event: full refund
14 to 27 days before the event: 50% refund
7 to 13 days before the event: 25% refund
Less than 7 days before the event: no refund
Substitutions are permitted. Please email full details of the replacement delegate, including name, business name, email address and contact number, to nicki@confidentcashflow.com as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours before the event.
Confident Cashflow reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event in exceptional circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Confident Cashflow, a full refund will be issued.
