Leave the World behind and allow me to share with you the gift of Yoga.

The Yoga styles I teach are Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra.
I have a more traditional and authentic approach to my teachings; weaving in yogic philosophy, energetics, anatomy and breathwork.
I offer a range of yoga circles for all abilities between venues in Whitehaven & Cockermouth. Each are held in a warm and welcoming studio where I offer you a safe space of non- judgement for you to explore your own yoga at your own pace.

As one of only a handful of accreditedMenopause Yoga Teacher's across the globe; I have a special interest in women's health and wellbeing and run regular half day workshops discussing the Menopause and teaching self-help tools and techniques. I also hold 'Masterclasses' to explore specific elements of the Menopause such as insomnia, anxiety and anger etc.

BREATHWORK: Pranayama (or yogic breathing) is an important factor in my yoga teachings which I like to incorporate into my sessions.I often run 'Breathing Space' sessions which are dedicated to this along with a visualisation and/or meditation. These are ideal for those not wishing to partake in a physical practice or for those suffering from the effects of long Covid.

HOMEOPATHY
A fully qualified Homeopath since 2011. Homeopathic remedies stimulate the the body to heal itself. It seeks to treat the whole person physically and emotionally to eradicate the cause of ill health rather than just mask symptoms. It is so safe and gentle, it can be used alongside conventional medication and is suitable for all ages including babies and children. Physical ailments such as migraines, IBS, eczema and emotional states such as anxiety, panic attacks and phobias can be helped, to name but a few.

REIKI
An advanced Usui Reiki Practitioner since 2009. Reiki is an extremely gentle 'hands-on healing' system which uses universal energy to restore balance, harmony and healing to your body and mind, resulting in a sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
