Dogs Go Events Pass, terms and conditions
What the pass is
The pass costs £60 and gives unlimited entry to our regular Sunday dog club sessions for 90 days from the date of your first session, not from the date you buy it. There is no rush to start.
The pass covers one dog and one person. If you have more than one dog please buy the ' two dog' pass.
It can be used at any of our regular dog club sessions, Small and Medium, Bigger and Medium, and Puppy Socialisation, subject to your dog being suitable for that group.
Using it
Please book each session in advance as usual. The pass covers the cost, but we still need a booking so we know who is coming.
One session per day.
The pass is personal to you and your dog and cannot be shared, transferred or given to anyone else.
If you cannot make a session you have booked, please cancel so someone else can take the place. Repeated no-shows without cancelling may mean we withdraw the pass.
Special events, parties, workshops and any ticketed events outside our regular Sunday clubs are not included unless we say otherwise.
If we have to cancel
We may occasionally need to cancel a session for weather, ground conditions or staff illness. Where that happens we will let you know as soon as we can and move your booking.
Suitability and removal
Our sessions are off-lead group play. Dogs need to be sociable, safe around other dogs and people, and comfortable in a group. We rely on you being honest with us about your dog, both when you buy a pass and as things change.
Sometimes a dog has an off day. If your dog is unsettled, overwhelmed, or behaving in a way that is not safe or fair on the others, our staff may ask you to take them out of the field for that session. This is a judgement made in the moment for everyone's safety and we ask you to respect it without discussion on the field. Being asked to leave one session does not affect your pass. You are welcome back the following week, and we will talk to you afterwards about anything that would help, a different group, a quieter session, or some one to one work.
If, after an incident or over time, we decide a dog is not suited to group sessions, we will tell you directly rather than leaving it vague. That decision is made by Sarah or Beth and we will always explain our reasoning and talk through the alternatives.
How we work out a refund
If we withdraw your pass, we refund what you have not used, based on sessions attended rather than time elapsed.
We count a standard session as £10. We take the £60 you paid, subtract £10 for each session your dog has attended, and refund the difference. So two sessions attended means a £40 refund, four sessions means £20. Once six sessions have been attended the pass has paid for itself and no refund is due, however many days are left.
We round in your favour and pay back to your original payment method within 14 days.
If your dog can no longer attend for a reason on your side, illness, injury or a change in circumstances, we work it out the same way, or we can pause the pass instead if you would rather come back later.
What we will offer instead
A dog that struggles in a group is often much happier with the whole field to itself. If we withdraw a pass, you can take the value as credit toward private field hire at any of our nine parks instead of a refund, if you would prefer. We will also point you toward our training team if that would help.
Changing your mind
Passes are non-refundable once used. If you have not used the pass at all and change your mind within 14 days of buying it, we will refund you in full.
The rest
Our usual park rules, terms of entry and behaviour policy apply.
We would always rather have a difficult conversation than have a dog in a session where it is not enjoying itself, or where another owner goes home worried. It is not a judgement on you or your dog, and it does not stop you being a Dogs Go customer.
