MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRINCIPAL TERMS
1 This agreement commences once you have bought your membership
2 You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges set for the Type of Membership chosen.
3 You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else
4 By purchasing your membership you are agreeing to these terms & conditions
DIRECT DEBIT FEES AND CHARGES
1 Your monthly subscription is collected at point of booking, and thereafter monthly on the date you joined our club
2 If any subs are unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honoured for whatever reason, you shall pay us on demand. If, despite us having notified you of a missed payment, further payments are missed, we reserve the right to, at our sole election, either suspend or terminate your membership, upon having given you notice of our intention to do so.
3 You agree to advise us immediately if you cancel your subscription
4 After your subscription has been cancelled, you can no longer book tickets under the discounted rate. We will cancel any tickets booked beyond the date of your last day as a member.
TERMINATION
MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS
1 You may terminate your membership at any point by cancelling your direct debit with your bank, allowing 4 working days for the bank to action this.
2 In the above circumstances your membership will remain in force until the day before your next payment is due, at which point it will automatically terminate.
3 You cannot book tickets at beyond your membership termination at the discounted rate. Any tickets purchased beyond your final day will be cancelled and you will be notified.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel your membership and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of completing your membership application form. However, as per regulation 36 of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if your membership starts straight away, you agree that if you subsequently cancel your membership within the 14 day period, you will be refunded any monies paid, less an amount for the membership you have already used commencing from the first day after joining.
MISSED CLASS POLICY
1 As a member you are entitled to swap classes within the week of your missed class, however, on peak time class cancellation, we may re-book you on to off peak classes.
2 You agree to let us know in advance of the class you cannot attend and agree with us when you will be re-booked. Failure to notify us will result in your class being counted as your weekly allocaiton.
3 You cannot transfer your classes to anyone else
4 You cannot ''roll over'' classes beyond the date of your contract's termination
5 Grottoes, and other big seasonal events, are non-transferrable within a week of the event
MEMBERSHIP TYPES
1 Single memberships entitle you to one class per week, for one child.
2 Duo class memberships entitle you to two classes per week, for two children, however, there are restrictions; either:
One child must fall in to one of our age appropriate class brackets, such as Newborn or Baby
If there are two children and both of them are walking, and therefore are likely to attend the same category of class type at the same time, then you should purchase the Sibling membership. We reserve the right to cancel your membership in this event after notifying you.
3 Sibling memberships entitle you to one class per week, for two children attending the same class.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS
1 CLIP Theatre Ltd reserves the right to terminate your membership if we consider your membership to be age inappropriate or if there are behavioral issues that we cannot resolve with you.
2 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by any event that is outside of our reasonable control.
3 As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to any services that are not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if the materials we use are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.
4 This agreement is governed by English Law.
