Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled anytime up to 72 hours before the lesson.
This means we do not refund or reschedule lessons less than 72 hours before lesson. This is to ensure it's fair to every customer and so we can reliably pay our coaches a good wage that reflects their dedication and expertise.
If you still want to cancel within this period, please email us and we'll cancel the lesson without refund, and we will re-advertise the lesson. If the lesson is then re-booked we will give you a voucher for another lesson.
