REFUND, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY:
For regular Mat Pilates classes (online & in-person): Tickets are non-refundable (including transfers) within 24 hours of the class. No-shows without notice may incur additional charges.
Members on the Unlimited Membership: 3 no-shows may result in the revokation of your membership.
For monthly Pilates events: Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event. If you need to cancel between 7 and 3 days before the event, you can reschedule for a future session. Tickets can only be rescheduled once. If you need to cancel within 3 days of the event, you will not be able to reschedule or receive a refund.
Please note that Stripe charge a payment processing fee which is non-refundable and therefore will be reflected in any refund amount.
We require at least four attendees per class. Classes may be rescheduled if less.
