1.7 Cancellations / Refund’s Tickets are non refundable, in the event you are unable to make it to our stay & play you are welcome to gift to a friend,
1.8 Transferring to another stay & play - we may allow you to transfer to a future stay & play date but this always remains our absolute discretion. Should there be a price difference in event, the remaining balance will be required to be paid.
