THE YIN & THE YANG
Two complementary yoga practices created to give you the freedom to choose what your body, energy and life need. Each practice will weave together physical movement with breathwork, meditation, mantra, sound and elements of yogic philosophy, creating a practice for body, breath and mind rather than simply a physical workout.
THE YANG · Awaken · Flow · Move
A more active, embodied yoga practice exploring movement, strength, mobility, balance, breath and flow. An opportunity to awaken the body, move energy and build strength and freedom without forcing, striving or tying yourself into a pretzel.
THE YIN · Slow · Soft · Spacious
A slower, quieter practice inviting you to soften, turn inward, create space and let go. We spend longer in supported postures, allowing the body time to release, alongside gentle breathwork, meditation, stillness, sound and deep rest.
Your 14-Practice OPEN Pass gives you 14 practices to use freely across The Yin and The Yang sessions.
