We offer small group classes designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and reconnect with your body through intentional movement.
Our sessions combine functional strength, mobility and flow â creating a practice that supports both performance and long-term well-being.
We currently run two types of sessions:
Build
A slower-paced class focused on developing strength, mobility and control.
Great for creating a solid foundation and improving movement quality.
Flow
A more dynamic and fluid session where we connect movements into sequences.
Designed to explore coordination, rhythm and freedom in motion.
All classes are open to all levels â options and progressions are always offered.
