This is a free 50 minute pre-recorded class for new parents and their babies. Please wait until you have had your 6-8 week doctor's check or perhaps later if you have had a caesarian section or 3rd stage tearing (maybe 10 weeks).
Find a quiet place for the next 50 minutes - maybe off your mobile, tv and any other distractions. If you don't have a yoga mat, just use a large blanket on the floor and have a cushion handy to sit on. Enjoy!
