A full refund is offered 24 hours before the Weekly Friday Luna Gong Bath, or you may wish to transfer to another night, up to an hour before event.
A full refund is offered 7 days before all other events.
Sadly, no refund will be offered after this but you may wish to transfer your ticket to another event of gift your space to someone else.
