We’re kicking off at 7am at Saunadelic, Hove Lagoon for an early morning free dance and sauna session.
Here’s the plan:
🌬️ We start with some breaths and set an intention together
💃 Then we dance. Freely, ecstatically, however feels good
🔥 Rotate through the sauna in small groups (if you wish- not compulsory)
🌊 Beach swims very much encouraged
☕ Fuel up at the café afterwards with coffee and pastries
Just music, movement, heat and sea air. We’ll take you on a journey. 🌿
