This is a 5 week block
Yoga offers a gentle, practical way of supporting the body and mind, especially during times of worry or anxiety.
Especially useful during times of change or transitions ( e,g exams, new school year group) this block will support children with a bank of practical strategies to help those jittery tummies and niggles.
As always, there will be plenty of relevant stories, games and activities to add fun, creativity and calm.
This block will include a gentle age appropriate journaling/ reflection activity and making a worry critter.
Together we will:
Learn to recognise feelings
Release energy safely
Learn simple calming tools
