Update: 06/07/26 : Hi there. KDF will be taking a break over the summer holidays to recharge our batteries and tighten our springs. Our last class for the summer will be on Thursday the 6th of August but all classes will return on Tuesday the 15th of September at our new venue, Prestbury St Mary's Infant School. This will include the addition of 2 x new classes; Kitchen Disco Bounce for Years 1,2 and 3 - and Kitchen Disco Bounce for years 4,5 and 6 - along with our regular Adult classes running in the 6pm-7pm slot.
Update : 14/03/26 : Hello lovely KDF-ers! We've been tinkering with the booking system to allow people to transfer their own tickets to future classes, if they're unable to make a date or need to reschedule. Have a crack at it but let me know if you have any problems and we'll always help!
Book onto any upcoming class below! Our adult classes are for Ages 16+ and suitable for all levels of fitness. Our childrens classes are run as after-school clubs.
