A blend of Yin and Vinyasa Yoga to promote a well-rounded practice, starting the week off without needing to rush. Classes include still yin postures to target the deeper layers of connective tissues of the body and the flowy movements of vinyasa while connecting to the breath. This class is accessible to all including beginners.
Box End Physio is based at Vicarage Farm which is located along the Box End Road between Bromham and Kempston. The entrance to the yard is off the B560 (not on Box End Road itself), almost immediately on the right hand side. Once you drive through the gate and enter the yard, youâll see the clinic ahead of you and to the left. Parking is available along the white wall directly ahead of you, to the right of the clinic. For studio access, please walk round to the right of the main clinic entrance, following the path to the studio entrance.
