Live Breathe Yoga

Welcome!

I am a 200hr trained yoga teacher in ashtanga and vinyasa yoga.

I am currently offering vinyasa classes where we will flow dynamically connecting movement with the breath. I typically start this class by settling into the body, releasing tension and connecting with the breath, using pranayama techniques and/or meditation. We find movement ranging from floor-based postures to dynamic standing flows and balances. The session ends with savasana and a moment of stillness. I hope you enjoy the classes!

I welcome all levels. I try to offer modifications and progressions where appropriate. If you have any questions please get in touch!
