For Mon 27th class please bring a yoga/exercise mat, cushions x 2 and a blanket..

For this week's we will experience a gong bath meditation and sound journey.

Each session will be suitable as a standalone so it will be okay to join us for any/all sessions however for best results please join us for the full duration.

This sessions will help participants to feel more connected with self and others, uplifted, less stressed and more resilient at times of adversity.  You will learn how to practice various secular meditation practices (not attached to any religion or belief system) such as visualisation, mindfulness, loving kindness++, positivity and happiness tools, laughter and more to help with your health and wellbeing. There will be a real playful and FUN element to this course too as life can often be far too serious!

The sessions will be a fusion of various holistic wellbeing tools. By attending all sessions, you will leave with new healthy habits to incorporate into your daily lives. It takes time to build new healthy habits which we will be focusing on throughout the course duration. With daily practice, you can potentially have life enhancing, even life changing results. This generally has a ripple effect as when we feel good and uplifted, it affects all those around us.
