We want you to get the most out of your lessons and to love coming back time and again. Because we hire the pool and must keep our class sizes small to ensure everyone the best experience, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for any missed sessions. We do however offer a Monthly Term Pass where you can purchase 4 sessions to be used within the term of 6 weeks. This gives some extra flexibility, but please note that you must cancel your booked place with at least 7 days’ notice before the session. Any classes not cancelled before this period cannot be refunded.
