Moves Fitness Gold at Tolworth on Mondays will be closed on 17 and 24 August due to refurbishment. If there is enough interest I will run my class on Bank Holiday Monday 31 August, otherwise Tolworth Moves Fitness Gold class will resume on Monday 7 September. Molesey Moves Fitness and Moves Fitness Gold will be running as usual through August at St Barnabus Church Hall, East Molesey. The Online Moves Fitness Gold class on Wednesdays is closed for the whole of August.
