Refunds will not ordinarily be made if you are unable to attend a booked class, e.g. due to holiday or illness.

If the class is not able to run due to class leader illness, an alternative class may be offered instead, or we will issue a refund for that class.

If the class is not able to run due to circumstances outside of our control, e.g. extreme weather, we will not be able to offer a refund, but we will try to offer an alternative class where possible.

I understand that if I need to give up my child's place in class I will notify Music Bugs Royston via email (janet@musicbugs.co.uk). A refund will be offered for any remaining weeks subject to an administration fee of £20.00.
