Join me for a supportive postnatal class to help you reconnect with your body, build strength and find calm — with your baby alongside you.
The class will bring together gentle movement and breathing exercises, giving you tools that will support you not only on the mat, but that you can use when you leave the space and go back into the real world.
Babies can be incorporated into the practice or left to play or chill (age depending) on the play mats provided.
Mums welcome from 8 weeks or when signed off by a GP and babies welcome up to 9 months or when crawling.
This class offers a lovely way to start your day, to bond with your baby and other mums in the local area.
Parking is available on the road, there are no restrictions. It's a 10 minute walk from South Woodford station and a short walk from bus stops operating the 20, 179, W13 and W14 buses.
There's plenty of space for buggies inside and outside (if it's not raining).
Come ready in comfy clothing and arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the class.
