Welcome to NORDA DANCE

At NORDA DANCE, we believe that movement is for everyone - no matter your age, background or experience. Our classes are welcoming, inclusive and designed for those who want to enjoy dancing, feel good in their bodies, and connect with others in a relaxed, uplifting environment.

Whether you’ve danced before or you’ve never set foot in a class, whether you’re a parent, carer or simply someone ready to try something new, this is your space to move, make friends and feel truly yourself.

With a focus on enjoyment, wellbeing and connection, we offer feel-good fitness through low-impact dance, aerobic movement, stability and strengthening classes - all designed with the over 50s community in mind, but welcoming to anyone looking for a positive, social way to stay active.

CURRENT CLASSES:

We’re currently refreshing our class timetable to reflect local feedback - focusing on uplifting, low-impact fitness and dance-based movement classes for over 50s, designed to support strength, balance and wellbeing in a fun, social setting.

At NORDA DANCE, community is at the heart of everything we do. Whether you’re moving for fitness, fun or friendship, we’d love to welcome you to one of our sessions and help you experience the benefits of movement in a friendly, supportive space.

Can’t wait to see you in class!
