Cancellations within 14 days of booking or 28 days prior to course date are eligible for a
full refund.
Any booking made within 14 days of the course date is not eligible for a refund.
Any requests to transfer to a new course date must be made within 14 days of original
course date. Only one transfer per booking allowed.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrolment,
instructor absence or force majeure. In this instance, customers may either opt to
accept the change, receive a full refund or pick an entirely new course date.
Please contact us at the earliest opportunity if you are going to be unavoidably late. Be
aware that participants arriving more than 30 mins late may be refused entry without
refund.
Unacceptable behaviour will result in removal from training without refund.
All online learning must be completed prior to attendance in-person. Failure to comply
will result in refused entry without refund.
