Återbetalningspolicy
PartB reserves the right to cancel if fewer than 5 people are booked onto the training course. All delegates will be informed at least 4 working days before the course is scheduled and will receive either a full refund via the method used at time of payment, or they will be given the opportunity to move their training course to a future date, as per the PartB Training Calendar.
If you wish to cancel your place, you may do so up to 14 working days before the start of the course and receive a full refund on the payment method originally used. Unfortunately, if you cancel your place 7 working days (or less) before the course start date, you will not receive a refund. This is due to incurred fees for the hiring of event spaces which are non-refundable to us. We also incur staffing costs in order to deliver the course.
If you cannot attend a training course you have booked, we will make every effort to book you on the same course on another suitable date. Many of our courses run several times throughout the year and we will do our best to facilitate you. This will be at the discretion of PartB. Please contact us on bookings@partb.co.uk, including your booking reference, course name and date. Our team aims to get back to you within 3-4 working days.
If you are due to attend a course with us and experience Covid symptoms, please inform us straight away by emailing bookings@partb.co.uk or by calling 020 3935 6427. We will re-schedule you to take part in a later course, as available on our PartB Training Calendar. If no later course is yet available, we will notify you of suitable dates when they are confirmed.
