IMPORTANT : Small Group Personal Training, one-to-one Personal Training, courses, workshops, competitions and special events are not included unless specifically stated!

Please only reserve sessions you intend to attend and cancel promptly if your plans change so the space can be offered to somebody else.

Please not that the class pass is only Valid for 5 weeks ( 35 days) from 1st usage.
There are NO REFUNDS, and classes cannot be carried over.
If you have booked and cannot make a session you must give 24hours notice in order to redeem class against another session within the same 30 days as classes can not be carried over, you must use all sessions within 30 days.

HYROX PASS – £36/month
Train like a hybrid athlete.

This pass gives you access to 1 HYROX training session per week (any style: HYROX Basics, HYROX Performance Small Group, or HYROX SIM).
It’s ideal for anyone preparing for a HYROX event—or simply wanting to build strength, stamina, and power with purpose.

Includes:
• Access to 4 HYROX sessions per month (1 per week)
• Use at any available HYROX session time
• Flexible booking—choose the day that suits you
• Designed to improve endurance, technique, and performance

Want to attend more than once a week? You can add extra sessions for £10 each.
