I offer private coaching designed for people who want more than just learning tricks — this is about understanding your body, building strength properly, and progressing in a way that actually lasts.

Whether you’re completely new, returning after a break, managing an injury or chronic condition, or feeling stuck in group classes, lessons are tailored entirely to you.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO TRAINING

This isn’t about rushing through moves or forcing progress.

My teaching focuses on:

• Building strength and stability first
• Teaching how your body actually works
• Developing movement that feels connected and supported
• Progressing at a pace that works for your body

Lessons are calm, structured, and adapted to you on the day — not a fixed plan.

WHO I WORK WITH

I work with a wide range of students, including those who:

• Are beginners or returning after time away
• Feel stuck or frustrated in group classes
• Are rebuilding after injury or burnout
• Are hypermobile (including hEDS)
• Live with chronic fatigue or pain
• Are neurodiverse or need a more supportive learning environment

You don’t need to be “fit” or experienced — we build that together.

INJURY-AWARE & TECHNIQUE-LED

Pole and aerial are physically demanding, and a lot of issues come not from the movements themselves — but from how the body is taught to move.

My coaching focuses on:

• Strength and joint stability
• Clear technique and body mechanics
• Coordinated movement rather than isolated shapes
• Reducing unnecessary strain on joints
• Building patterns that support long-term progress

This is what allows you to train in a way that feels safer, stronger, and more sustainable.
