3 Class Pass is valid for THREE Group Classes from the date of purchase for 31 days (a generous 4 weeks).

We advise you block book your classes in advance at the time of purchase to ensure you have a space secured in your desired classes (each week if this is how you choose to attend). We do not guarantee availability. It is your own responsibility to purchase the right pass or membership that is appropriate for you & for you to check your own agenda beforehand.

Passes and classes are non transferable. Please contact us if you would like an extension on your pass time. This will occur a £10 fee per week extension.

6 Class Pass is valid for SIX Group Classes from the date of purchase for 52 days (a generous 7 weeks).

We advise you block book your classes in advance at the time of purchase to ensure you have a space secured in your desired classes (each week if this is how you choose to attend). This pass includes 4 private lessons, designed to support more consistent progress over time.

Regular lessons allow us to build strength, refine technique and develop your movement more consistently.

This option is best suited for those wanting to train regularly and see steady progress.

BOOKING

Lessons are arranged directly with me to ensure the best fit for your schedule and training.

Once your regular day and time are agreed, your lessons will be added to the booking system for you to manage.

VALIDITY

This pass is valid for 5 weeks (38 days) from the date of the first booking.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to reschedule a lesson, this can be done through your booking account up to 24 hours before your lesson.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the lesson start time will result in that lesson being forfeited.

EXTENSIONS

If you need additional time to use your lessons, extensions can be arranged at £10 per week.
