Mini Camp Refunds
7+ days notice = 100% refund | 3-6 days notice = 70% refund
Under 48 hours = no refund, credit for another session (if available) for illness/emergency with note

Weekly Class Make-ups
Missed class = 1 make-up valid for 3 months, subject to availability
24hrs notice required. Make-ups non-refundable + don’t roll to next session
If Pine Brush Club cancels due to weather/venue/illness = make-up or credit
