All bookings are non-refundable.
Pay-as-you-go tickets can be rescheduled if we're notified at least 72 hours (3 days) before the class start time. Trial tickets cannot be rescheduled. You are welcome to transfer your spot to another child.
If a session is cancelled due to low numbers or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or a transfer to another session.
