Booking Terms & Refund Policy

By booking this course via Bookwhen, you agree to the following terms:

Payment & Booking:
-Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on this 6-week course. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

-Cooling-Off Period (UK Law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, provided the course has not started.
If you book within 14 days of the start date, you agree that the course may begin within this period and your right to cancel is lost once it starts.

-Cancellations Before the Course Starts.

-More than 7 days’ notice: full refund or transfer to a future course.

-3–7 days’ notice: transfer offered; refunds at our discretion.

-Less than 72 hours’ notice: no refunds or transfers.

-After the Course Has Started
No refunds or transfers are available once the course has begun. Missed sessions cannot be carried forward or refunded.

-Missed Classes:
We cannot offer refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes due to personal circumstances. Where possible, guidance will be provided to help you keep up.

-Trainer Cancellations:
If a class is cancelled by us (e.g. illness or unsafe weather), a replacement session or partial refund will be offered.

-Dog Welfare & Suitability:
We reserve the right to remove any dog if the class environment is not suitable or safe. Alternative options may be discussed. Refunds are not guaranteed.

-Refunds:
Any approved refunds will be processed via Bookwhen to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
