Women’s Wellness Pilates is a supportive, physiotherapy-informed class designed to help women build strength, improve mobility and feel confident in their bodies at every stage of life.
This class is particularly beneficial for women navigating midlife changes, returning to exercise, balancing busy family or work life, or simply wanting to move well and feel stronger.
Sessions focus on:
