My sessions are designed to help you feel better in your body, calmer in your mind and more confident in everyday life.

Whether you join a group class or work with me 1:1, we can focus on three key areas:

Yoga
Gentle, accessible yoga to help you feel calmer, stronger and more at ease in your body. These sessions are about moving in a way that feels good, improving flexibility, building confidence and giving yourself time to breathe, reset and reconnect.
I offer mat based and chair based yoga classes and 1:1 and small group private sessions. Please contact me for more information and availability.

Strength Training
Supportive strength training to help keep your body strong, capable and on track for ageing well. We’ll focus on practical, safe and effective exercises that help with posture, balance, bone health, muscle tone and everyday movement.
1 offer 1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training with over 20 years experience and level 4 Pt qualified.

Wellbeing
Simple, realistic wellbeing support to help you live your best life for as long as possible. This may include gentle lifestyle habits, relaxation, confidence, movement routines, consistency and finding ways to look after yourself that actually fit into real life.

These sessions are not about pushing, punishing or trying to become someone else. They are about supporting the body you have, building strength from the inside out and helping you feel more like yourself again.
