Terms and Conditions:

• Payment in full must be paid in advance of the course. Payment secures a place on a course.
• Courses are non-refundable. Please make sure that you can attend before booking. Where delegates are unable to attend, another person can be sent in their place to attend the whole of the course. Alternatively, participants can be transferred on to a future course (if one is available). This will incur an admin fee of £10 per participant.
• Should the course be cancelled by the organiser, you will be given the option of a full refund or offered a rescheduled date.
