Cancellation & Refund Policy 🧘‍♀️
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible. Please read the following carefully:

🕒 Cancellations
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class start time are free of charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time are non-refundable and non-transferable

🔁 Transfers (Rescheduling)
• If you can no longer attend a booked class, you may request to transfer your spot to another available date
• Transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Only one class per monthly class pass can be rescheduled
• Please note: once a class has been transferred to a new date, it becomes non-refundable and non-transferable again

💸 Refund Eligibility
• Single Class Passes – eligible for a full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance
 Please note: in such cases, any non-refundable transaction fees (e.g. card processing charges from our payment provider) may be deducted from the refund amount
• Monthly Class Passes – non-refundable, but can be paused in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency). Please contact us directly
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–1o business days

💳 Payment Methods
• Single Class Pass:
 – Pay online in advance, or
 – In cash at your previous session

• Monthly Class Pass:
 – Pay online in advance, or
 – In cash at your final session of the month

🚫 No-shows
• If you do not attend and haven’t cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, the full fee will be charged. No refunds or transfers will be issued
