All Skyline classes, courses and private sessions are non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel a class booking, you may do so up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled session. When cancelled within this notice period, your booking can be transferred to another available session of the same type, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session, or non-attendance, are not transferable and the booking will be forfeited.
Private group bookings and events require a non-refundable deposit to secure the studio. Any remaining balance is due in advance as specified at booking and is also non-refundable.
