Please be advised that you are only entitled to one booking per person, if you book multiple sessions, they could all be cancelled.
Should you wish to cancel or transfer a booking, you can do this yourself using the 'view booking' link contained within your booking confirmation email. If you are unable to attend your session, you must cancel or transfer your booking at least 2 days prior to the event, or this will be recorded as non-attendance.
We would also like to highlight, your certificate of completion will be issued to you within 48 hours of the training event via the email address entered during the booking process.
Please arrive in good time for your scheduled check in. Attendees who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their check in time will be denied entry to the session and advised to rebook, as attendance of the Health and Safety Briefing at the start of the session is mandatory.
