My name is Tara, and I’m honoured to introduce you to my sound healing practice — SOLUNARA. The name SOLUNARA is inspired by the Sun, the Moon, and my own energy and the connection to the elements using planetary and elemental Gongs, Crystal & Himalayan Singing Bowls and other Sacred Sound Instruments — this is what I use to restore harmony and facilitate healing through vibrational sound.

As a certified Practitioner with The College of Sound Healing, I use Planetary and Elemental Gongs tuned to celestial frequencies to create deeply restorative sound journeys. These sessions calm the mind, relax the body, and awaken your natural healing power.
